This cake was too cute to eat. We eventually cut into it, and it tasted just a good as it looked.

Now that I am starting to suffer from insomnia (I wake up at 3:30 every morning and cannot go back to sleep), I decided to drive to Jackson when the sun came up around 5:30. It was a very easy drive as not many people were up and on the road that early in the morning. I left Jason in Oxford so he could watch the game this afternoon. If Ole Miss wins, which it is looking very good since as I type this the score is 18-8, Ole Miss will head to the Super Regional in Arizona.
It has been a great day! I got to see lots of old friends and I have gotten to spend the day with my mom! Always a great time!
