Lots going on
on this Beautiful Weekend
We opened the windows this weekend since it was so nice outside.
Claire loved the screens and kept trying to get to Maggie and Sadie.

Maggie and Sadie also wanted to get to her!
Claire found her a new little hiding place in the side table in between our couches.
She threw my pottery on the floor and climbed on in. She fits just perfectly.
We also had a baby shower for my cousin this weekend and Claire loved to see all of our family. She was into everyone's conversations.
We can't wait for the arrival of our new cousin Ben!

Happy Birthday Thomas
We celebrated Thomas' 2nd birthday today. The weather was beautiful and we had so much fun!
We love the Cross family and we had so much fun helping celebrate such a special day.

New Best Friend
I went to check on Claire and she was loving on her new friend. I had to get a picture of this sweet girl!
She loves this bear so much!
Okay, I was tagged by my friend Robin to tell 7 things about myself that people might not know!
This really hard, but I am going to give it a try anyway.
1. I love to monogram. My mom does it a lot and she gave me her old machine last summer. I wasn't too good at it when I started but I have had a lot of practice and have gotten much better. I have been doing things for friends and of course Claire has everything she owns with her intials or name. Check us out http://www.personallyyoursmonograms.blogspot.com/
2. I work in the nursery every Sunday morning at 8:00 with the 18-24 months and love it so much! The best part is that I get to play with my favorite little boy T for an hour!
3. I used to be obsessed with crushed ice. (i am still a little) In college, I went to Sonic everyday and ordered TWO Route 44 cups of ice.
4. I was the only one if my family to go to State. The rest of my family and husband are HUGE Ole Miss fans so I am way out numbered.
5. I love dogs and would take everyone at the animal shelter home with me if I could. We do have to black labs that we got from the Animal Rescue League and they are amazing and they love Claire so much. (She lights up when they come in the room)
6. I love golf and have a set of pink golf clubs - Thank you Jason. He taught me how to play in Mobile and even though I haven't played in a while I really enjoy it.
7. I got Jason tickets to the PGA Championship in Michigan and even though it takes place the first week of school (it is really just teacher workshops) we are going!! I am so excited and can't wait for August!

Born to be a JA Raider
JA sent Claire this t-shirt last week that says, "Born to be a Raider"
It will a little big, but she had a blast playing on the floor in it.
Claire's favorite thing to do is play on the floor and she is starting to pull up. She pulled up on the coffee table the other night and we knew we were in trouble. I didn't know if she knew what she was doing but she did. She loves to pull up now and she does it on everything! We definitely can't keep our eye off her now.

Happy Birthday
to Me!
Two of my very best friends took me out to eat dinner for my birthday.
I love these two girls sooo much!
A couple of months ago, Jason and I were sitting in church and I told him that I wanted a new Bible for my birthday with my married name on it. I have had my bible for a while and it is very big since it is a study Bible. I like it a lot but I was really wanting a skinny Bible that would be easier to carry to church. I was so excited when Jason gave me this navy skinny Bible with my married name on it. It is just perfect! I am so blessed to have such a loving husband!!
Jason took these pictures Easter morning as he was getting Claire ready for Church. I had to be there at 6:30 in the morning to work in the nursery. Jason and Claire always have so much fun together. (I found this pic as I was downloading my pictures to the computer. It was too cute and funny not to post)
