I was working on some monogram stuff last night when my finger got caught under the machine and one of the neddles broke off.
I was going to move the other thread out of the way from my design. The machine always starts sewing on the back of the design first but not this time. Instead, as I was going to move the hanging thread the machine starting sewing in the front catching my finger.
This is the end result.
I spent 3 hours yesterday afternoon at a clinic to get nothing accomplished to help my finger.
The doctor wasn't the brightest and kept asking me if he was close and in the right area. How should I know? He was the one looking at the x-ray and digging around in my finger. It was very frustrating!!
Since nothing got accomplished yesterday afternoon, (I feel like I should get a reimbursement on my doctor bill) I am off to see a plastic surgeon.
UPDATE: All is good and the needle is out. Back to monograming I go!
