What an exciting week. I cannot believe Claire is four weeks old! Time is flying by!!!
Claire is getting a little personality. She smiles all the time and makes the funniest noises. She is also the hick-up queen. I need to get it on camera and post it because it is the cutest thing.
It is amazing how many people ask us when we are planning on having another baby.. .What? Claire just got here! (the best is when we got the question when I was still pregnant)
Well, we got our first taste of having more than one baby the other night. We kept our neighbors little 10 month old for a couple of hours while they were at the hospital getting treatments for Shera's headaches. All I can say is I will not be having another baby until Claire is old enough to walk and talk. Addy was good as long as Jason didn't leave her side. When he did, she would scream at the top of her lungs then waking up Claire who would cry and want to be held (Claire never cries by the way, unless she is hungry and she had just eaten). On top of that, we were trying to cook dinner. It was totally nuts!!!
In baby news, Claire has gone from nursing to formula. I was totally upset at first since I had planned on nursing for a while, but ever since my infection a couple of weeks ago, my body has decided to stop producing milk. Claire is doing really good with the formula so that makes me feel better. I had the worst milk allergy growing up, so I was really worried about her having one, but so far so good!! Jason is heading to Oxford this weekend so he is dropping Claire and I off in Jackson to hang out with Jizzle. We are sooooo excited!!
